Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage

Working with gravity instead of against it, your therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing one foot and partial body weight. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for therapist balance and support.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Initial Session)

The initial session includes important medical history discussion, with assessment of relevant medical symptoms and affected areas of the body. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph from areas affected by edema or lymphedema. If you have lymphedema, it is required that you provide written doctor's permission for this therapy, due to the serious nature of the conditions requiring this treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (existing clients)

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph from areas affected by edema or lymphedema. The lymph system distributes nutrients, monitors and attacks bacteria and viruses, and carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart, for filtration and elimination.

MSTR- McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release

Using gentle strokes, scar lines are softened  and stretched to stimulate healing to deep fibers that may be causing pain and restrictions. Red light therapy and doTerra essential oils complete the treatment.

Custom Session

Customize a 60 min treatment with a combination of two 30 minute therapies including; gentle Swedish massage, localized Manual Lymphatic Drainage, MSTR scar tissue release, Vacuum Cupping, Gua Sha scraping, Myofascial massage, Cranial release, doTerra Aromatouch

Choose a 90 min treatment with 60 min of gentle swedish or lymphatic massage, and a choice of one additional 30 min therapy including: MSTR scar tissue release, Vacuum Cupping, Gua Sha scraping, Myofascial massage, Cranial release, doTerra Aromatouch

Swedish Hand Over Hand Massage

This light touch massage form focuses on the body’s superficial layers. It promotes detoxification, increased blood and lymph circulation, general relaxation and well-being, and is sometimes used for relief for symptoms associated with health conditions.

doTerra Aromatouch Massage

Using nine powerful CPTG certified doTerra essential oils all along the spinal column, specialized strokes are utilized to help reduce symptoms, soothe the body, encourage optimal circulation, and help the body to release toxins. The session is concluded with gentle, flushing strokes of the neck, arms and legs to encourage overall healing.

Monthly Membership Plans

90 min massage monthly membership

Massage membership plan: Receive one 90 minute massage every month, at a prepaid rate of $140 per month. Includes choice of: Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage session with MSTR (established clients only), Custom Session, Reiki, Therapeutic Exercise Coaching.

60 min massage monthly membership

Receive one 60 minute massage every month, at a prepaid rate of $95 per month. Includes choice of: MSTR- McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage

(Massages should be used within the same payment month.) If you can't make your monthly session one month, you can use 2 sessions the following month. No more than one month of credits will be rolled over. Your credit card will be charged once a month on the same calendar day you enrolled, and may be paused or canceled anytime before the automatic deduction occurs, by emailing me at [email protected].
