We had been traveling from CO through AZ when my husband started having right leg pain issues and trouble walking. After researching on Google, I selected AZ Movement, and in particular Mira Bai, because of her credentials and experience and as it turns out one of her specialties is sciatica which is what my husband’s issue turned out to be. After just one just very comprehensive massage session my husband walked away with several specific stretches to do afterwards and within 24 hours, he already was starting to feel better, walk better and have better flexibility. He probably has one other massage in his life but he came back to the RV and said it was a “life changing wake up call, game changing experience”. He was beyond happy with the relief of pain he felt afterward and the stretches he could do to help afterward. I booked myself an appointment for the very next day to help with my lower back and shoulders with some stress issues and he was right; one of the best massages I have ever had and walked away with an action plan of stretches I can do as we leave the area. We can’t recommend her practice enough.

Individualized treatment specific for your needs. I found her very informative as she explained exercises to promote healing. The therapeutic massage really helped out the alignment and tightness of my muscles as it relates to my existing injury. I would recommend her services without reservation.
